All of our boot camp routines are designed to allow all participants to be able to adjust their exercise intensity and difficulty to match their fitness level. Rest assured, this is an intense experience, but no one will be embarrassed or belittled. If Richard Simmons can dance around in those little shorts, you can endure this.
